Info
Hours
Open 9:30–5:30 PM Monday–Thursday and 9:30–1:30 PM Saturdays. To inquire about other timeframes please email me.
Duration
60–90 minutes based on my discretion, including time for intake before and after. Consider leaving some free time in your schedule post-session.
Expectation
Sessions are one-on-one, fully clothed, and conducted in supine position (on your back). We’ll begin with brief intake about your current state and close with optional discussion.
Preparation
Aim to arrive 5 minutes before your starting time. Wear garments you feel comfortable in. Ideally, come well rested to get the most out of your experience.
Location
3oo3 is located in Ridgewood, Queens off the Fresh Pond M train or Hasley L train or 2 blocks from the B20 bus. Address will be sent via confirmation email after booking.
Accessibility
The space is located on the 2nd floor of a prewar building. No elevators or ramps. If this is prohibitive for you, I am open to house calls or meeting at a public park when weather allows.
Space
I work on a table with a floor option if necessary. I use a Pisces table and a 3-inch linen mattress filled with organic wool. Lighting is low and diffused. No default scents.

Tiered pricing. Open to trades and barters by case basis.

You want to support this practice and it’s free and accessible sessions.
You are financially abundant, over resourced, come from privilege, had access to top tier education and opportunities.
You have strong savings, investments, leftover monthly income, quality healthcare, own property or rent without strain.
Tier 2: $100
Book standard
You have a reliable, steady income source. You had access to education.
You make enough money to cover all basic needs, have some expendable income and access to healthcare.
You have some savings. You may have some debt, but are still stable.
Tier 1: $50
Book supported entry
Your income source is precarious and you struggle to consistently meet basic needs. Your access to jobs and education is limiting.
Your savings, expendable income and healthcare are little to almost none.
Strong emphasis on those who are BIPOC, trans, queer, disabled, single parents.

My approach to care is curious and all-embracing. I am POC, queer, ND, NB they, and a part of NYC for the past decade. Formal studies include Healing Touch and traditional Thai bodywork. I seek to learn light touch directly from its interpretations across cultures. 3oo3 does not attune to one particular school but is a blended expression of continuing studies, experiences, research, and intuition.
